1. Personal Data
When you browse the Website, Infotel Conseil may collect information about you, in particular connection data (IP address), as well as the information you send through the Orlando demo request form: first name, last name, email address, company, organization type and, if you provide them, phone number and message. The language of the Website you used is also recorded.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required: without them, your request cannot be processed. The other fields are optional and help us answer you better.
This information is used to answer your demo request, contact you about it and present Orlando to you. This processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”). To protect the form against abuse, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for 10 minutes, based on Infotel Conseil’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This information is intended solely for authorized Infotel Conseil staff (the Orlando sales team and the Website administrators) and for internal use. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. Infotel Conseil implements appropriate security measures to keep it confidential. If anti-spam protection is enabled, the form uses the Cloudflare Turnstile service to check that the request is not sent by a bot.
Requests are kept for 3 years from receipt, then deleted automatically.
In accordance with the GDPR and French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended by Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to restrict its processing and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@orlandotechpubs.com or to Infotel Conseil, 13 rue Madeleine Michelis – CS 80104 – 92523 Neuilly-sur-Seine Cedex (France). You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
